Job Title: Grand Vendeur

Location: London, UK

Reporting To: Director

The Role:

As the Grand Vendeur, you will be the Ambassador of the brand. You will champion clienteling and you will be able to build meaningful and sustainable relationships with VIP/HNWI clients. You will have a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and international environment, being highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will work in close contact with our retail and design teams to develop initiatives and concrete actions in store, to grow our business through recruitment of new clients, while actively capitalizing on different tools to develop existing or prospective clients' loyalty to the brand.

An individual with strong relational skills, comfortable building relationships across a discerning and international clientele, and confident representing a distinctly British, atelier-driven approach to fine jewellery.

Responsibilities:

  • Constantly nurture relationships with clients, in store and outside the store, implementing client database activities as per marketing guidelines
  • Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty among new and existing clients
  • Be professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions
  • Propose and plan sales initiatives related to High Jewellery and bespoke commissions
  • Grow network, client portfolio, and build opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Network in London and participate in international networking occasions, creating opportunities for oneself and members of the team to develop their client portfolio
  • Manage and develop a personal client portfolio, including bridal and bespoke clientele
  • Create occasions to bring top clients into the atelier/boutique

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a High Jewellery brand, ideally in a boutique or atelier setting
  • In-depth knowledge of High Jewellery, ideally GIA qualified
  • Excellent ability to serve HJ clients and present bespoke and High Jewellery pieces
  • Very good presentation
  • Knowledge of the luxury business, ideally with exposure to bridal/bespoke commissioning
  • CRM techniques and tools
