The Role
We have clusters of nurseries looking for GrandFlex Employees. You’ll support, nurture, and care for our wonderful children, with the added benefit of choosing your preferred number of hours—the choice is yours, with weekly options from 16 hours to 40+ hours—all while benefiting from higher pay!
Key Responsibilities
- Set the Tone: Act as a positive practice role model to uphold Grandir UK’s core values.
- Equality and Inclusion: Ensure equality of access and opportunity across all staff, parents, and children.
- Safety First: Supervise and support children at all times.
- Enriching Environments: Contribute to maintaining an attractive, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children and staff.
- Guided Activities: Prepare and supervise play and learning activities under the direction of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
- Policy Compliance: Align with company policies, procedures, and operational practices. Follow changes promptly when updates occur.
- Early Years Standards: Ensure our nurseries adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
- Reporting Concerns: Notify your line manager of any policy-related issues or observations.
- Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information appropriately and responsibly.
- Participation: Attend regular staff and planning meetings, plus undertake training as needed.
