About the Role
Grandir UK is seeking GrandFlex Employees to work across our group of nurseries.
You’ll have the flexibility of choosing from 16 to 40 hours per week (or any equivalent arrangement) while enjoying a premium pay rate for your flexibility.
Responsibilities
As a GrandFlex Employee, you will:
- Provide a positive role model, upholding Grandir UK’s ethical and operational values.
- Ensure equality and inclusion for all children, parents, and staff, promoting fair opportunities.
- Supervise and continuously support the well-being and development of children.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, engaging, and welcoming nursery environment.
- Prepare and guide children in activities under the supervision of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
- Fully understand and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
- Adhere to all changes in policies within required deadlines.
- Ensure all activities comply with the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines.
- Notify managers of any concerns regarding policies, procedures, or operational practices.
- Maintain staff positivity, professionalism, and a positive attitude toward children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strict confidentiality must always be maintained.
- Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and training programmes as required.

Requirements
- Optional but desirable: Existing experience in the early years/childcare sector.
- Essential: Availability to work a flexibly arranged schedule across clustered nurseries.
- Clearance: Enhanced DBS check required for safeguarding commitments.
