Success Recruit are currently working with a market-leading and established business based in Central Essex who are continuing to expand and are excited to be recruiting a Grants & Operations Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys engaging with stakeholders providing high standards of customer care both face to face, alongside providing high-level administration support to their grants function, helping towards the delivery of efficient and effective grant making for the foundation.
The Successful Grants Administrator will Have:
- Communication skills who can engage confidently at all levels and work collaboratively across departments as well as building relationships face to face
- Previously supported with maintaining accurate CRM data
- IT literate with a knowledge of applications including Office 365

The Grants Administrator will work within a supportive team and report directly to the Grants Manager who has a wealth of experience to allow the successful person to thrive. It will suit someone who loves making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day contact and enquiries with grant applicants, providing efficient and effective administrative support
- Maintaining the CRM system for all data for the business on Salesforce, generating relevant reports and information when requested
- Provide an excellent service and experience for all visitors to the offices, booking meeting rooms and supporting with refreshments
- Assist with the grant application and award process, including preparation of emails, information and reports
- Provide support to visitors and assist with enquiries via telephone, email, post and forward or respond as appropriate
- Ensure all reports are received on time, reviewed, and written up on Salesforce
- Assist with meetings and events as required, some of which may fall outside of regular office hours

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm however flexible working times between 8am – 6pm operate
Salary: £25,669.00
