HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Graphic and Creative Designer, you will produce impactful visual assets for a diverse portfolio of events and activations for Laureus World Sports Awards, the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, and additional Richemont-linked group events (ad-hoc basis) as needed, and for a variety of channels.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager at Laureus World Sports Awards Ltd, you’ll work across multiple projects - from branding and event material to social media graphics, to corporate communications pieces.
- Design material for the annual Laureus World Sports Awards, Laureus Sport for Good Foundation programme visits and activations, Richemont group events (ad-hoc basis), and other corporate events, including branding, communications pieces, signage, collateral, and large-format print.
- Digital and Social Media: Create engaging digital assets and graphics for Instagram and Facebook.
- Commercial and Communications Collateral: Design templates for high-quality pitch and sales presentations.
- Work with the Senior Brand Manager and CEO to maintain brand guidelines for both Laureus World Sports Awards and Laureus Sport for Good Foundation (including National Foundation offices globally).
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure all visual materials are strictly on-brand, consistent, and delivered to the highest standard.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial, communications, and event teams.
- Supplier Coordination: Support Senior Brand Manager in liaising with external vendors (e.g., printers, production houses, additional freelance design suppliers) to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of materials.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Experience: Previous graphic design experience, ideally within an agency, events, consumer, or media environment.
- Technical Abilities: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong understanding of typography.
- Print and Digital Knowledge: Solid understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices.
- Financial: Experience of some financial oversight.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in order to collaborate with colleagues and internal clients.
- Organisation: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple event deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design execution and consistency of brand.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and teams around the world.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches while always respecting brand guidelines and heritage.
- Problem-solving: Resourcefulness and the ability to address challenges, sometimes within short timescales.
- Proactivity and Initiative: Anticipation of needs and the ability to take ownership of design items and projects.

This is a full-time position, office-based four days a week in Fulham, one day a week flexible location.
