Graphic Design & Communications Assistant

If you enjoy using Adobe InDesign and your Photoshop skills are pretty good then this one is for you!
We're recruiting for a well established engineering consultancy near Kings Cross. The bulk of this role, 60 to 70%, is hands on graphics work. Bid documents, image and text library, keeping everything looking sharp and professional. The rest is comms support, social media, website updates, client database and occasional project support.

You'll need to properly know InDesign and Photoshop. Not "I've dabbled." Not Canva. Proper skills, used daily, because that's the core of this job.
The Role
- Designing and preparing bid documentation, making sure it's accurate and looks the part - using your wonderful creativity!
- Managing and organising the image and text library
- Social media management
- A little Website and client database upkeep
Requirements
- 18 months + experience in graphics, comms or marketing support
- Excellent InDesign and Photoshop skills, this is essential
- SME experience preferred, comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Sharp eye for detail, especially on visual materials
- Someone who gets stuck in without needing constant direction and can cope with variety
