Job Title: Graphic Designer
We're looking for a creative, passionate and digitally-savvy graphic designer to develop and execute beautiful creative for a series of global clients, along with owning and developing our visual design and branding across our internal marketing needs. You will be a key contributor for all the agency's creative output including client campaigns, social media, email marketing, presentations, whitepapers, website, and events.
About You
You are an innovator who is keen to grow our digital and offline presence through design, animation, AI, video and other engaging tools; up to date with the latest design trends and willing to adapt them to our branding guidelines.
Your everyday ambition should be to: As a junior / midweight designer, we expect you to be a supporting-level player honing their craft and understanding organisational context, always ensuring the client and internal team’s objectives are suitably met with excellent creative solutions.
Role Overview
Accountability
- Working with text and images to create assets for digital and print media, focusing on social media, digital communication initiatives, print production for live projects, presentations and graphics for videos.
- Create and propose innovative design solutions focused on digital marketing results whilst also suggesting improvements.
- Working with our clients and cross-agency teams to bring innovative suggestions and ideas to fit their needs with the best design solutions.
- Developing concepts for specific campaigns and branding guidelines, considering the latest design trends and professional design advice.
- Managing workflow, deadlines, and organisation of assets and deliverables to maintain internal processes.
- Contribute to holistic thinking around strategy and creative points of view on the brand experience; including how a business acts, how a brand looks, or how a vision comes to life through a customer’s entire experience.
- Act as a guardian of our brand, ensuring consistency across all content and media output.

Leadership
- Presenting new ideas, designs, executions and day-to-day conversations in an engaging manner.
- Research on design trends, visual identity and editorial graphic design to integrate into live projects and campaigns.
- Design execution of live client projects.
Oversight
- Design of internal marketing and branding output.
- Team communication.
- Alignment of creatives, assets and deliverables to client and internal projects.
Involvement
- Strategic brainstorms for new & existing client pitches, support the wider creative & strategy teams.
- Contributing to internal team culture and education.
Requirements
It’s really important to us that you:
- Desirably hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a designer.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of print production, setting up artwork for and working with suppliers for printing.
- Good understanding of typography, editorial layouts and colour theory knowledge across digital & print media.
- Solid understanding of digital design principles and social first graphic design.
- Experience with working with AI tools to help concept work, and experience of using in workflows.
- Have outstanding written and verbal skills. You comfortably create captivating storytelling and sell your ideas in a structured way. Experience of creating copy a bonus.
- You can inspire internal and external stakeholders with your innovative and creative thinking.
- You have a structured way of working; You are highly skilled in planning, prioritizing and have excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent in managing complex projects and remaining positive under pressure.
- Approachable, friendly and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
- Able to work across several teams and company needs whilst meeting any given deadlines.
- Knowledge of working with Google slides and Keynote is desirable.
