About The Role
Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK is seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with a passion for social media to join our Corporate Marketing team. The successful candidate will support the marketing initiatives of all UK/EU hotels through engaging visual content, photography, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media posts, and website content
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Assist in the design and production of promotional materials for hotel events, promotions, and special offers
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the Millennium Hotels and Resorts brand identity
Social Media Support
- Capture high-quality photography and video content for social media channels, showcasing the unique offerings and experiences of our hotels
- Develop engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure cohesive and timely content delivery
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand enhancement

Collaboration
- Work closely with the Corporate Marketing team to support overall marketing strategies and objectives
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects
- Liaise with hotel teams to gather content and ensure accurate representation of each property's unique features
Administrative Support
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets including photos, videos, and design files
- Assist in tracking the performance of social media campaigns and reporting on key metrics
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Marketing team as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices

Preferred Skills
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools
- Familiarity with animation and motion graphics
