Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Glenrothes (Hybrid Working)

About the Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of an innovative manufacturing business seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its growing marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented designer to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a well-established B2B brand. Working closely with marketing, technical, commercial, and product teams, you'll create engaging digital and print assets that support business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
This role offers variety and autonomy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple creative projects, working collaboratively with different stakeholders, and bringing ideas to life across a range of marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral to support commercial campaigns and business objectives
- Create engaging digital and print materials, including brochures, technical literature, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, exhibition graphics, packaging, and promotional assets
- Develop creative concepts from initial brief through to final artwork, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
- Produce technical marketing materials with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Design compelling visual content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and commercial teams to deliver effective creative solutions
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual identity
- Build and manage relationships with external print and production suppliers, including obtaining quotations and overseeing production
- Proactively identify creative opportunities to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering work to agreed deadlines and quality standards

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Graphic Design role, ideally within a B2B, manufacturing, engineering, or agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Strong understanding of current design trends across digital, print, and social media
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to producing accurate artwork
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of projects
- Experience preparing artwork for print production and liaising with external suppliers would be advantageous
