About Nteractive
Graphic Designer - Events
Location: Surrey, UK, Hybrid (1 day a week)
At Nteractive, we create experiences that connect people to brands in powerful and memorable ways. From global events and immersive environments to digital campaigns and live activations. Our Creative Studio sits at the heart of everything we do, shaping how audiences see, feel and interact with some of the world’s leading brands.
As a Graphic Designer (2D), you’ll play a key role in shaping how those experiences look, feel and come to life. Working closely with our wider Creative team, you’ll develop and deliver strategically driven design across both digital and live brand environments.
From early concept development through to final artwork and production, you’ll be involved across the full creative process. This includes everything from digital and UX-led design, to print, motion graphics support, environmental graphics and live event branding.
You’ll also contribute to new business pitches and creative proposals, helping to bring ideas to life in a way that inspires clients and elevates our creative output.
This is a hands-on creative role where your ideas, craft and attention to detail will directly shape standout brand experiences for global clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the wider Creative team, you’ll help shape and deliver high-quality design solutions across a wide range of projects — from large-scale live experiences to digital campaigns and new business pitches.
Your work will span the full creative process, from early concept development through to polished design execution and production-ready artwork.
You’ll also play an important role in bringing ideas to life for pitches and proposals, helping the team win and deliver exceptional creative work for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing creative concepts that deliver engaging and memorable brand experiences across digital, print and live environments
- Translating strategic ideas into high-quality design executions, including digital, UX, motion, print and environmental graphics
- Producing artwork, templates, presentations and production-ready assets to a high standard
- Supporting the development of branding, wayfinding and customer journey materials for live activations
- Researching design trends, technology, user behaviour and innovation to inform creative output
- Working closely with the Creative Director and wider team on pitches and new business proposals
- Presenting ideas and design thinking to internal teams and clients when required
- Collaborating with production and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of creative assets
- Continuously improving creative output through feedback, learning and iteration
- Contributing to a collaborative, positive and high-performing creative culture

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
