Remote (UK-based) | Full-Time
Reporting into: Head of Marketing & Head of Exhibition Delivery
About PS8
PS8 is a leading event production and exhibition management company specialising in the food and drink sector. We help brands exhibit at trade shows across the UK and internationally, manage UK Pavilion stands at major international events such as SIAL, Anuga, and PLMA, and deliver bespoke stand design and build services through our PS8 Create studio. We work in close partnership with organisations including FDEA, DEFRA, and the Department for Business and Trade, supporting UK food and drink brands to grow their export and domestic trade presence.
The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with hands-on exhibition experience to join our growing team. You'll bring strong project management skills and a collaborative mindset, thriving in an environment where your creativity and ambition can genuinely develop. Reporting into both our Head of Marketing and Head of Operations, you'll deliver high-quality design work independently while also contributing to the growth of the wider team - sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and helping shape a supportive, stimulating working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilise proven exhibition expertise to create visually compelling, commercially effective stands on time and within budget
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities and maintaining creative standards
- Collaborate closely with clients, brand managers, sales, marketing, and operations teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success
- Apply industry knowledge to design 2D layouts and 3D renderings that reflect brand identity and commercial objectives
- Produce drawings that ensure feasibility and compliance in terms of health and safety standards and timely fabrication
- Produce provisional floorplans for UK Pavilion groups relating to our show calendar
- Work with the Head of Marketing to design and produce sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, PowerPoint decks, flyers, email signatures, website updates, and LinkedIn graphics
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, using insights to help the team grow and enhance workflow efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive exhibition experience, ideally in food and drink events, trade shows, or consumer-facing exhibitions
- Proficiency in CAD, 3D modelling, and visualisation software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Vectorworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a growing and dynamic team environment
- Ability to deliver complex projects independently while collaborating effectively with fellow team members
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, exhibition logistics, compliance, and safety regulations

Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working with modular and bespoke stands at major exhibition trade shows
- Knowledge of sustainable exhibition practices and tools to enhance visitor engagement
- Experience integrating AV, digital media, and interactive elements into stand designs
- Flexibility to travel for exhibition supervision and installation
