About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Graphic Designer Lead to join a fast-growing global SaaS organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who is passionate about performance-driven design and brand consistency. As the Digital Graphic Designer Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of digital and motion graphics assets across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketers, campaign managers, videographers, and writers, to produce compelling, high-converting creative content. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Growth, you will have significant influence over the visual direction and creative strategy of the organization’s marketing initiatives. This hands-on leadership position combines creative excellence with strategic thinking, ensuring that all output aligns with brand standards and performance objectives.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital or performance marketing environment. A strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is essential. Experience in creating templates using Canva and familiarity with After Effects is advantageous. Candidates should have a solid understanding of how design varies across different platforms and marketing channels, with a keen eye for detail and consistency. An interest or experience with AI tools such as Runway or VEO is preferred, reflecting a forward-thinking approach to creative workflows. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is desirable, along with a portfolio demonstrating successful multi-channel, commercially effective design work.
Responsibilities
- Create digital and motion design assets from concept through to delivery, including social media graphics, eBooks, infographics, web elements, and campaign materials.
- Lead the development and application of global brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all outputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-impact creative aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Partner with paid media and SEO teams to develop assets that maximize conversion rates.
- Utilize performance data from digital channels to optimize creative assets and improve overall campaign results.
- Manage and support a matrix team of designers across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and creative excellence.
- Lead creative ideation, storytelling, and execution across multiple channels, ensuring innovative and engaging content.
- Drive innovation by incorporating emerging technologies, including AI tools, into creative workflows to enhance productivity and creativity.
