ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets with the capability to turn briefs into visually engaging content that communicates ideas, strengthens brand identity, and supports business objectives. Collaborating directly with our multi-channel marketing team, this role will execute projects from conception to production on tight deadlines across digital and print.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days minimum per week in our London office and the rest of the week working remotely from home.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end production of direct and trade marketing assets, from concept through to final delivery
  • Design high-quality print materials including direct mail, point of sale, promotional collateral, and event/conference assets
  • Create branded point-of-sale and offline materials that reflect our premium/luxury positioning
  • Develop visually engaging digital content for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams and internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaign assets
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to support marketing objectives
  • Support video content creation and editing, bringing strong visual storytelling and narrative thinking

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a in-house graphic designer
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and quality across both print and digital design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro and After Effects advantageous)
  • Good working knowledge of digital design tools and formats
  • Understanding of print production processes and digital asset preparation
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (desirable)
  • A confident problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong written English skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A clear communicator, quick learner, and highly organised
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes ownership of tasks and delivers work to a high standard and on time
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally to achieve the best outcome
