Graphic Designer
Visual Brand Design Lead
About the Role
This critical role actively defends the Argus visual brand, ensuring all creative efforts align with brand standards while driving innovation. You will collaborate across print, digital, event, and motion formats, creating engaging assets that resonate with global audiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting marketing and corporate assets (infographics, brochures, social media graphics, videos, presentations, and more)
- Maintaining scalable, brand-compliant template systems in Adobe Express and InDesign for cross-departmental use
- Innovating through new technologies and tools (e.g., interactive content platforms, AI-enabled creative tools) to enhance creative output
- Guardianship of the Argus brand, working closely with Brand Specialists and Marketing leadership to refine visual identity
You will also partner with stakeholders globally, lead creative concept discussions, and ensure all assets meet both brand standards and regional market needs.
Responsibilities
Creative & Asset Development
- Create high-impact assets for:
- Print: Brochures, flyers, advertisements, infographics
- Digital: Social media graphics, email campaigns, digital banners, web embeds
- Events: Stands, presentations, environmental graphics
- Motion & Video: Explainer videos, animated graphics, motion design (After Effects/Premiere Pro)
- Develop user-friendly templates in Adobe Express and InDesign, ensuring clarity and scalability for non-designers
Brand & Process Leadership
- Act as a team champion for the Argus visual identity, working with Brand Specialists and Design leads to strengthen brand execution
- Maintain organised asset libraries (icons, templates, media files) with efficient version control
- Advise on asset use cases, placement strategies, and format optimisation to maximise audience engagement

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with global Design teams and cross-regional stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration (Marketing, Commercial, Production) while ensuring global/local alignment
- Lead creative concept discussions, offering judgment-based insights to refine and improve briefs
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify and introduction of new tools/platforms (e.g., web embeds, interactivity tools, AI-assisted design) to streamline workflows
- Participate in process reviews, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
Project & Prioritisation Management
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing urgency with strategic impact
- Prioritise requests based on marketing objectives, stakeholder needs, and resource allocation
Requirements & Skills
Experience & Education
- 5+ years as a graphic designer (or equivalent role in advertising/design)
- BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design, or related field (strong portfolio a priority)
- Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, or Mandarin is a benefit
- Proven expertise in static and motion design, with portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, versatility, and strong visual storytelling
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud: Mastery of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe Express
- Premiere Pro experience (beneficial)
- Technology-agnostic mindset with a proactive approach to testing and adopting new tools
Key Design Skills
- Typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy – with deep knowledge of brand Systems
- Cross-format adaptability: Experience translating designs for print, web, social, events, and environmental graphics
- User-centric design: Ability to create scalable templates that balance brand compliance with usability
