Graphic Designer
Graphic Designer and Team Lead
The Opportunity

As a Graphic Designer and Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping visually-driven communication for a high-impact client. Your work will include designing:
- Infographics
- Cartographic products
- Data visualizations
- Briefing materials
- Engaging, interactive visualizations
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
✔ Conceptualize and execute graphic-based solutions that enhance analytic understanding ✔ Advise clients on design best practices tailored to their mission requirements ✔ Partner with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to deliver advanced graphic solutions ✔ Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies for maximum impact ✔ Identify and implement new creative opportunities to support customer needs

Key Responsibilities
- Work with a team to capture client needs and advise on the right visual solutions
- Lead teams in developing interactive and dynamic graphics aligned with mission objectives
- Partner across commands to standardize and enhance graphic design processes
- Recommend innovative tools and strategies to elevate visual storytelling
- Ensure meticulous quality control in design workflows
- Travel up to 50% of the time as required by mission demands
Minimum Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Strong PowerPoint experience for slides and presentations
- Experience working with intelligence production and data visualization
- Ability to create work samples demonstrating expertise with Adobe Suite or Intelligence Community (IC) workflows
- Adaptability to a 24/7 operational environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Security Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility for TS/SCI clearance (Top Secret with SC polygraph).
Compensation & Benefits
Projected Salary Range
$52,900.00 – $108,000.00 (annualized USD)

- Remote: Expect periodic onsite visits to Booz Allen/customer facilities; camera on in meetings is standard.
- Hybrid: Majority of time at a Booz Allen office but may include customer facility days.
