The Company
Our client is a well-established, family-owned manufacturing and distribution business with a strong presence across the UK. They design, produce and supply products for both their own brands and international clients, with a growing retail footprint and an in-house creative team.
The Role
Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their creative team. Reporting to the Head of Design, you'll work across a variety of print and digital projects, collaborating with marketing and sales to deliver creative work from concept through to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets across print and digital, including packaging, POS, brochures, labels, web content and social media.
- Produce artwork for marketing campaigns and prepare files for print.
- Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality design projects.
- Assist with 3D product visualisation (training available).
About You
- Previous experience in a graphic design role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects.
- Blender 3D experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Organised, creative and able to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Package
- £33,000 salary.
- 28 days' holiday including bank holidays.
- Full-time, permanent position based in Lincoln.
