About Fussy
Hey good smelling! We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as a Graphic Designer. Working within our marketing department you will be responsible for executing design briefs across a variety of channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join scale-up through a significant period of growth. 💪🌍
About The Role
- Create visually compelling assets for social media, email marketing, web, and campaigns
- Take ownership of small design projects
- Assist in the design of marketing materials including retail decks
- Ensure consistent use of brand colours, typography, and visual guidelines across all assets and brand channels
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life
- Manage multiple design briefs from different teams and prioritise tasks effectively
- Work with the manager to organise and track incoming design requests
- Design compelling layouts that adhere to best practice

- Circa 2-3 years of experience in a similar Graphic Design role, with experience ideally gained in house at a fast-paced consumer brand, or working closely with DTC clients
- An impeccable and fierce attention to detail
- Able to problem-solve basic design and give creative solutions
- Experience designing for email, social, and web
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to design consistency
- Creative thinker with the ability to justify design decisions
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to feedback
- You have big ambition, there's huge opportunities for growth in this role for someone with the right attitude.
Skills
And anyone who has these skills too would likely be a super fit for this role, but these are by no means essential:
- Bonus: knowledge of UI/UX, experience with motion or video editing and Figma

- A salary of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our London (Shoreditch) office
