Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related disciplines. Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or account management is preferred, especially within digital or technology sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools is advantageous. A passion for the digital industry and a keen interest in market trends will set candidates apart.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Staying informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates alike.
  • Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
