The Opportunity
Are you passionate about turning complex intelligence data into clear, compelling graphics that support mission-critical decision making? As a Graphic Designer and Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving visually-based communication for a high-impact client.
In this role, you’ll:

Conceptualise and produce graphic-based products, including:
- Infographics
- Cartographic materials
- Data visualisations
- Briefing presentations

Collaborate closely with teams and clients to ensure solutions align with their mission requirements.

Foster a creative mindset within your team, encouraging the use of technical skills and innovative ideas to develop engaging, interactive visualisations.

Advise on and implement cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies to deliver high-impact solutions.
Generative and collaborative in a fast-paced environment, you’ll continually identify opportunities to refine and enhance workflows, ensuring your customer’s evolving needs are met through impactful design solutions.

What You’ll Bring (Essential Requirements)
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and data-driven presentations
- Familiarity with intelligence production methodologies (IC-aligned projects preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing Adobe Creative Suite or IC-related design work
- Ability to thrive in a flexible, 24/7 support environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance required for access to classified information
- Bachelor’s degree (creative, technical, or related field acceptable)

Security Clearance
Applicants will undergo a security investigation. A TS/SCI clearance is mandatory for this role.

Salary Range: $52,900 – $108,000 per year (based on education, skills, experience, and location). This posting closes within 90 days.
