About The Role

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, is essential. Familiarity with web frameworks, APIs, and database management systems is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are critical. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies will set candidates apart. Prior experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Developing, testing, and implementing software solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and project deadlines.
- Participating in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Maintaining documentation for code, systems, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Staying updated with industry trends and continuously improving your technical skills to ensure the team remains innovative and competitive.
