About Rezzil and exar.live
Rezzil creates sports technology products for professional teams, athletes, broadcasters, consumers, and gamers. Our work spans performance training, analysis, gaming, and fan experiences across VR, mobile, console, and broadcast.
exar.live is our live data ingest and transport platform, powering data-led tools and experiences across broadcast, performance, and immersive products. As the business grows, we are also expanding into new areas including computer vision, AI, and automated content creation.
Together, Rezzil and exar.live combine sport, technology, creativity, and data to build products used across the global sports industry.
The Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team.
Working under the Creative Director, you will support a wide range of design projects across Rezzil and exar.live. You will also collaborate closely with our Game Concept Designers, marketing, product, commercial, and leadership teams to create clear, engaging, and visually strong content.
The role covers a broad mix of work, including social media content, commercial presentations, brand assets, campaign materials, internal communications, and day-to-day graphic design support across the business.
This role would suit an established mid-weight Graphic Designer who is ready to take the next step in their career. Minimum 3 years' experience. A very strong Junior who is ready to move on would be considered. You should be comfortable working from creative direction, but also capable of taking ownership of projects and delivering work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphic design work across Rezzil and exar.live.
- Design engaging social media content for company, product, and campaign channels.
- Produce polished commercial presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials.
- Support the Creative Director with brand development and the rollout of visual identities.
- Create marketing assets for product launches, events, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Develop templates and reusable design systems for presentations, social content, and internal communications.
- Work closely with the Junior Game Concept Designer on supporting visuals, concepts, mock-ups, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, commercial, and leadership teams to understand briefs and translate ideas into effective visual communication.
- Prepare artwork and assets for digital and, where required, print production.
- Maintain consistency across brands, products, and communication channels.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design.
- Contribute ideas, references, and visual inspiration to the wider creative team.
- Use AI and automation tools where appropriate to improve speed, consistency, and creative workflows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
