Graphic Designer
A leading independent consultancy with over 100 years of experience is looking to appoint a talented Graphic Designer to join its Glasgow office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative creative team, producing high-quality client-facing reports, presentations, and marketing materials for a wide range of well-known organisations.
Location
Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the Glasgow office.
Duties
- Design engaging, client-facing reports, presentations, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Create clear, visually engaging layouts that communicate complex information effectively
- Produce data visualisations, charts, and infographics from Excel data
- Develop and refine documents using InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all client deliverables
- Work closely with consulting, analytics, and marketing teams to create high-quality outputs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continually improve designs and presentations
- Keep up to date with design trends, accessibility standards, and best practice in data visualisation

Skills and Experience
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, with experience creating client-ready documents and presentations
- Experience creating charts, infographics, and data visualisations
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual communication principles
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Confident working with a variety of internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (such as WCAG) would be advantageous
- Experience within financial or professional services would be beneficial but is not essential
- Experience using tools such as Flourish, data merge, or macros would be advantageous
