Graphic Designer
Birstall, West Yorkshire (WF17 9QD)
Full-time | Permanent
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
We’re looking for a highly capable Graphic Designer / Artworker to join our in-house creative team based in Birstall. Supporting a multi-division business across the pet division, with support across the Group where needed. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and enjoys working across multiple brands, product ranges, and activations.
You’ll be hands-on across packaging, POS, in-store activation, and digital campaign assets, with an added benefit around motion and animated content for digital and social channels. Some Product Design will be needed to support NPD.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and artworking packaging across multiple product ranges
- Creating POS, FSDUs, and in-store activation materials for retail
- Producing digital campaign assets, including motion graphics and animation for social, web, and online retail
- Adapting static creative into engaging animated formats
- Working with the Product team to create product concepts, building out into full ranges of NPD
- Managing multiple briefs simultaneously, often to tight deadlines
- Preparing accurate, print-ready artwork and managing amendments
- Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams
- Ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and high creative standards across all outputs
- Flexing creative style across multiple brands, categories, and audiences

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Artworker
- Strong experience in packaging, POS, in-store activation, and digital campaign assets (essential)
- Motion graphics skills with experience in animation for digital and social
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Excellent print and production knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining quality
- Strong organization skills and confidence managing multiple projects
