Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the sports, retail, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and platforms, such as MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to secure the best value for the company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting issues related to order processing, delivery, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to facilitate audits and compliance checks.
