Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Aman Essentials team, reporting to the Senior Brand and Design Manager. This role focuses on creating high-quality, production-ready assets across print, digital, and experiential channels, ensuring consistency with Aman’s luxury brand standards. Working closely with creative and project teams, the Graphic Designer supports the delivery of assets for global campaigns and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand-aligned creative assets across print, digital, and experiential formats, following established design direction
  • Execute production-ready deliverables, including brochures, signage, packaging, and digital layouts for marketing and brand initiatives
  • Interpret mood boards and creative briefs into design drafts for review, feedback, and refinement
  • Ensure design work reflects Aman’s visual identity and luxury brand standards
  • Apply Aman’s visual identity, style guidelines, and quality standards to all assigned projects
  • Identify and escalate visual inconsistencies to the Senior Graphic Designer Manager as needed
  • Support the development and maintenance of reusable templates, creative libraries, and regional adaptation formats
  • Help uphold design continuity across multi-format campaigns and branded content
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Projects, Copywriting, and Marketing to align visual outputs with storytelling objectives
  • Participate in internal review rounds and incorporate feedback into refined design iterations
  • Provide input on design feasibility and suggest solutions for layout optimization and visual clarity
  • Support the team’s creative calendar by tracking asset readiness and surfacing any design delays

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, ideally in luxury hospitality, branded residences, or premium lifestyle sectors
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout, typography, and storytelling across print and digital formats
  • Technical diploma or university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma familiarity preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate, production-ready design files
