About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of travel plans for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of travel booking systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a dedicated team, and contribute to the growth of our organization by delivering top-tier service to our clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel operations, corporate travel management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of travel policies, visa requirements, and international travel regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant travel management software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for corporate and leisure clients, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel services.
  • Provide personalized travel consultation and support to clients, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and client requirements.
  • Monitor and manage travel itineraries, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate changes or disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and travel documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services.
  • Resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new travel products, and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively.
  • Assist in developing and implementing travel policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost savings.
