About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our dynamic team at Blue Legal. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our legal operations, managing client cases, and assisting in the drafting and review of legal documents. Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; a Master’s degree or higher qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law, contract law, or related fields.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work performed.
- Professional integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support case development and legal compliance.
- Assisting senior attorneys in managing client cases and preparing legal reports.
- Ensuring all legal documents and processes adhere to applicable laws and internal standards.
- Maintaining organized case files and documentation for easy retrieval and review.
- Providing legal advice and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
- Staying updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations that may impact client interests.
- Participating in client meetings, negotiations, and legal proceedings when required.
