Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Graphic Designer for our office in Maidenhead.

What you'll be doing

  • Design engaging creative assets across digital, social, e-commerce and print channels for Karo's portfolio of leading healthcare brands
  • Create high-quality visuals for websites, social media campaigns, product packaging, exhibitions and marketing materials
  • Translate creative briefs into impactful design solutions that support business and brand objectives
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the creative studio and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, best-in-class creative
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership from concept through to final delivery
  • Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines, quality standards and project deadlines
  • Maintain organised project files, assets and studio documentation to support efficient workflows
  • Present design concepts confidently and explain creative thinking to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3-4 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within FMCG, retail, consumer goods or another fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Good working knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and design composition
  • A strong eye for detail with a passion for producing high-quality, error-free creative
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across teams and present creative ideas
  • Proactive, organised and passionate about design, with a continuous improvement mindset
