Graphic Designer – Packaging | Branding | Social Media
Are you a creative Graphic Designer looking for an exciting opportunity to see your designs on products sold across the UK, Europe and the Middle East?
We're a leading manufacturer and distributor of amusement and redemption products, supplying licensed and own-brand ranges including soft toys, games, novelties, stationery, housewares, electronic gifts and confectionery.
We're looking for a talented designer to join our marketing team on a maternity cover basis, for up to 12 months, creating standout packaging, branding and marketing assets that help bring our products to life.
What you'll be doing:
- Design packaging artwork for licensed and own-brand products.
- Create branding for new product ranges.
- Design marketing collateral, sales materials and event graphics.
- Produce engaging social media graphics and support campaign delivery.
- Update existing artwork to meet customer and retailer requirements.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for production.
- Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to brand standards.
- Support wider marketing activities and communications.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
- Experience designing packaging and marketing materials.
- Experience creating social media content and campaign assets.
- Knowledge of AI design tools and how they can improve creative workflows.
- Understanding of video editing.
- Experience using Canva.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Desirable:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related subject.
- Experience within the toy, gift, FMCG or consumer products industry.
- Experience working with licensed brands.
