A B2B creative marketing agency is looking for a forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join their team. This opportunity offers the chance to combine conceptual thinking with cutting-edge AI tools to create impactful campaigns and design work. Working within a highly collaborative environment, you'll help develop and deliver bold ideas for well-known B2B and B2C clients.
What you’ll be doing
In this AI-Integrated Graphic Designer role, you'll develop ideas across integrated campaigns, digital projects, social content and brand communications. You'll use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and streamline creative execution while ensuring every piece of work is rooted in human-led creative thinking and craft.
- Working closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, developers and motion creatives, you'll take projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- You'll help create campaign assets and digital content that inspire both clients and internal teams.
- You'll also contribute to pitches, innovation projects and evolving creative workflows.
- A key part of the role will involve staying on top of emerging AI tools, testing new approaches and sharing valuable insights with colleagues.
- In this role, you'll play an active part in shaping future ways of working while building trusted relationships through confidence, curiosity and creative excellence.

What experience you’ll need to apply
- Extensive experience within a creative agency environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design ability and conceptual thinking.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools within a creative workflow.
- Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Solid experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
- Experience working across integrated campaigns, content and digital projects.
- Ideally some experience working with B2B clients, or on complex products.
- Some motion, animation, or video editing skills desirable.
