Graphic Designer and Content Creator

Be part of a creative, high-performing communications team where innovation, variety, and the energy of luxury hospitality make every day unique.

Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym, and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars, and 250 hotel bedrooms.

What’s the role?

Graphic Designer and Content Creator at The Ned City of London.

Where will you be working?

Working in the Communications team at The Ned means being part of a dynamic, energetic, and highly creative environment where no two days are ever the same. From launching world-class restaurants and bars to collaborating with renowned chefs, global luxury brands, and cultural tastemakers, you'll help shape the stories that define one of London's most iconic hospitality destinations.

You'll work alongside a passionate, supportive team that thrives on collaboration, embraces new ideas, and celebrates innovation. If you're driven by creativity, love working at pace, and want to make a real impact in luxury hospitality, The Ned offers an exciting career where every day brings fresh opportunities to create something extraordinary.

Where’s the office?

We’re in the beautiful old Midland Bank building in the City of London. The Communications office is located on-site, however, you won’t spend a lot of your time at your desk, because you’ll be out and about capturing great moments but also supporting the Senior Graphic Designer on major design projects. We’re five days a week in the office, as we’re relationship-focused and it’s just not the same on a screen.

What will you be doing?

As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how The Ned is seen across every guest touchpoint. Working alongside our Senior Graphic Designer and Communications team, you'll bring campaigns, events, and brand moments to life through exceptional creative execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
