Digital Learning Designer

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver digital learning experiences that engage and inspire.
- Apply design principles such as balance, contrast, and hierarchy.
- Interpret feedback effectively across global teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute learning objectives.

Requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with excellent English proficiency.
- Experience in graphic design or content development, both independently and in team settings.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Figma
- Elucidat
- Camtasia
- Understanding of eLearning tools.
