Graphic Designer Sport London | Hybrid | £33,000

Profiles Creative are working exclusively with an award-winning, social-first creative agency to recruit a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes sport.

This is an incredible opportunity to work with some of the biggest names across sport, creating social-first creative seen by millions of fans around the world. From season launches and kit reveals to player signings, partnerships and major sporting moments, you'll be at the heart of some of the industry's most exciting campaigns.

We're looking for a designer who understands how sports fans consume content, knows what stops the scroll, and can create platform-first creative that drives engagement across every major social channel.

The Role

You'll join a highly creative team producing industry-leading work across football, motorsport, global sporting events and leading sports brands. Working closely with strategists, creatives and account teams, you'll help shape campaigns that connect with passionate fan communities across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and beyond.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing scroll-stopping social content for leading sports brands, teams and rights holders.
  • Creating engaging YouTube thumbnails and social assets that maximise clicks and engagement.
  • Producing creative for season launches, kit reveals, player signings, partnerships and major sporting campaigns.
  • Helping develop and evolve brand identities within the sports industry.
  • Delivering reactive content around live sporting moments alongside planned campaign work.
  • Collaborating with creative, strategy and account teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Using social performance and audience insights to continually improve creative output.
  • Supporting motion design where possible through animations and social-first video assets.

What we're looking for

  • A standout portfolio showcasing social-first graphic design.
  • Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.
  • A genuine passion for sport and an understanding of sports culture and fan behaviour.
  • Excellent typography, branding, composition and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience working within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Motion skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro would be a bonus.
