Salary: £29,000 - £33,000
Hybrid: London - 3 days a week in the office
A boutique social agency is looking for a creative, adaptable Graphic Designer & Videographer to join their close-knit team. They need someone who can turn ideas into polished visual output across both print and digital, and bring a strong instinct for what performs well on social media.
What you'll be doing:
- Producing digital and print assets, from social graphics and infographics to branded materials for events and advertising
- Shooting and editing video content across a range of formats and platforms, including short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories
- Helping shape and evolve brand identities and visual guidelines for the agency and its clients
- Building visually strong pitch decks and presentations
- Supporting website content and design, with an eye on SEO and usability
- Shooting, editing, and retouching photography
- Exploring AI-assisted image and video tools as part of the creative process
- Working closely with account teams and clients to bring creative briefs to life

What they're looking for:
- A degree in graphic design, photography, or a related creative discipline
- A strong portfolio spanning design, photography, video, and social content
- Confident with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma, plus video editing tools such as CapCut
- Comfortable with website platforms and basic plugin/content management
- Solid understanding of photography equipment, lighting, and post-production
- A collaborative, deadline-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Experience working across varied industries and client types
