At Perspectum, we are transforming healthcare through innovative imaging and digital health solutions.
About The Role
We are creating a dedicated in-house graphic designer role to serve Perspectum’s brand and our Pharma, Clinical and Corporate audiences from one central point in Digital Media.
You will produce on-brand visual work across decks, documents, social, web elements, conference materials, and product collateral, working from our brand book, template library and approved messaging. This is a delivery role at the heart of the brand: most of what the company shows the outside world will pass through your hands, so consistency and judgement matter as much as craft.
What You Will Do
- Design on-brand materials for brand, pharma and clinical audiences: presentations, documents, social assets, web graphics, conference and event materials, and product collateral.
- Work from the brand book and template library so output is consistent by default, and help extend that template system rather than working around it.
- Take briefs from each team, manage a shared workload across competing deadlines, and deliver to a clear standard.
- Keep regulated content within the approved claims and brand approval routes (full guidance and support provided).
- Bring ideas that lift the work, within a defined brand system.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Bring
- A strong portfolio of brand-led design across digital and print, ideally in a regulated, scientific, healthcare or B2B setting.
- Fluency in the core design toolset (Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma) and comfort working to brand guidelines and templates rather than from a blank page.
- Strong layout, typography and attention to detail, and the discipline to keep many pieces consistent.
- Ability to work to briefs from several stakeholders, prioritise, and meet deadlines without losing quality.
- Clear communication and a collaborative, self-directed way of working.
- Desirable: motion or basic web/HTML familiarity, icon and illustration skills, and experience with design systems or template automation.
