Department: Marketing

Reports to: Global Head of Campaigns & Comms and Global Head of Digital (dual report)

About the Role

TYPEBEA is on the lookout for a digital-first, high-output Graphic Designer & Creative to join our growing London team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who wants to immerse themselves in a fast-growing beauty startup, leading our digital visual identity across EDMs, homepages, paid social, and performance marketing. You'll craft bold, high-volume static and video content built to convert, particularly for Meta, while also supporting a smaller but active stream of packaging, retail, and in-store work. This is a real opportunity to help define and strengthen TYPEBEA's brand identity as we scale, working closely with our Social Media Manager and wider team. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes modern design trends, understands what converts across paid, social, and eCommerce, and can bring strategic thinking, creativity, and high-output execution together in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design Execution

  • Lead design for all brand creative, including digital content (primary focus, high-volume): EDMs, homepages, paid social (Meta statics and video), web banners, and other high-performing digital ads
  • Website assets including PDPs across typebea.com and retailer sites (e.g. Sephora.com), plus potential asset creation for our Amazon and TikTok Shop storefronts
  • High-performing static, animated, and short-form video content
  • NPD packaging and line extensions (concept to production)
  • Retail creative, POS, displays, visual merchandising, retailer toolkits, and major trade presentations
  • GWP and promotional concepts
  • Translate marketing briefs, mood boards, and brand strategy into on-brand, compelling, conversion-focused visuals (static, animated, and dynamic)
  • Actively leverage AI tools (e.g. MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, generative design tools, AI video workflows) to develop creative concepts, visual direction, and asset creation, and to explore new creative formats, testing and iterating quickly
  • Take ownership of shaping and strengthening TYPEBEA's brand identity as we scale, a significant opportunity to help define our visual identity, brand guidelines, and creative templates from the ground up
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure creative output aligns with business goals
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager to develop and align digital and social-first creative assets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
