About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll help ensure our brands are presented consistently across every customer touchpoint while collaborating with colleagues across Marketing, Product Management, Sales and our in-house Photography team to bring campaigns and product launches to life.

This opportunity is ideal for a junior to mid-level designer looking to broaden their experience across graphic design, digital marketing and creative project delivery within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Producing simple animations and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring all artwork is accurate, brand compliant and delivered to a high professional standard.
  • Acting as a brand guardian by maintaining consistency across all company and licensed brands.

  • Assisting with website updates, including uploading graphics, refreshing product pages and maintaining visual content.
  • Preparing creative assets and marketing materials for new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Reviewing digital content to ensure marketing materials remain accurate, up to date and visually consistent across all digital platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
