Role title: Graphic Designer (Global Brand)
Location: Remote
Reports to: Global Brand Director
Department: Global Brand Team
About Us
House of Colour is the no.1 personal styling franchise in the world. We were founded in London, a fashion capital of the world, in 1985 and to this day are still owner-led.
For over 40 years we have helped our clients look their best through our offerings of colour analysis, style analysis, cosmetics, and more. We use our proven expertise in science-based methodologies to impart our clients with the glowing sense of confidence and well-being that comes from discovering their very own personal style.
About the Role
Our purpose is to empower everyone to look and feel their best through personal style. We have done this for over 40 years in our home market (the UK), have launched into the U.S with dazzling success in the last decade and recently entered the Canadian market in 2025.
Our growing global presence now requires strong, consistent and scalable visual execution to support the continued evolution of the House of Colour brand across all markets.
We are therefore seeking a highly capable Graphic Designer (Global Brand), to join the Global Brand Team and play a central role in bringing our brand to life visually across all markets.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that House of Colour’s visual identity is consistently and accurately expressed across all touchpoints, while continuing to evolve in line with our brand strategy.
This is a role that requires a balance between big-picture brand development and fast-paced, day-to-day execution. A significant proportion of the role will involve delivering high-quality design output to support local market needs and interdepartmental requests, often across multiple projects and potentially tight timeframes.
As part of the Global Brand Team, you will work closely with multiple departments, including other members of the Global Brand Team, Sales, Operations, Technology, Education and Intellectual Property, Finance, Franchise Recruitment and more to bring our brand to life across all markets.
This role is initially expected to operate as the sole in-house design capability within the Global Brand Team, this may subject to change as the team, the brand and the company evolve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
