Graphic Designer for Chazak Rescue
Chazak Rescue is seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing content that aligns with the mission and values of Chazak Rescue. This role will work closely with the PR team, staff, and volunteers to produce graphics for various platforms, including social media, print materials, and website content. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work that supports Chazak Rescue's vision to rescue those without hope.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Produce engaging and high-quality designs for a wide variety of platforms, including social media, print materials, newsletters, event flyers, and promotional content.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Chazak Rescue’s branding guidelines and visually communicate the organization's mission, vision, and core values.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the PR team and Chazak staff to develop design concepts and ensure alignment with Chazak’s messaging.
- Content Management: Assist in creating and managing digital content, including graphics, templates, and promotional assets for various campaigns and events.
- Event Support: Design materials for Chazak-related events, including signage, banners, and promotional materials.
- Design for Impact: Create designs that inspire action, promote awareness, and communicate the impact of Chazak Rescue’s work.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong eye for design, creativity, and versatility across multiple platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to learning and growing in the field of design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Passion for Chazak Rescue's mission and alignment with its core values.
- Basic photography skills are a plus.

Compensation
We cannot offer this as an immediate paid position. There is currently no budget for this position. We are continuing our search with the understanding that a potential hire would either need to:
- Wait to start until funding is available,
- Raise their own support,
- Work as a volunteer until funding is available.
We are open to making a hire with the understanding of a delayed start date.
