About the Role
As Graphic Designer, you will be part of our busy Marketing team, reporting to our Design Studio Manager. This is a midweight role, ideally suited to someone with 4–5 years’ experience gained across a mix of in-house and creative agency environments.
You will work collaboratively across the business to deliver high-quality creative assets at pace, bringing fresh ideas while remaining comfortable with shifting priorities. The role requires:
- Strong attention to detail
- A premium design sensibility
- Confidence working across digital and print channels

Experience within luxury or premium brands, travel brands, or a demonstrable passion for travel is highly desirable.
Portfolio is required upon application.
Principal Accountabilities
- Creation of high-quality artwork across digital and print channels to support our global business needs
- Collaborating closely with marketing and commercial teams to produce creative campaign assets and content in formats such as:
- Digital publishing platforms
- Social media assets: static imagery, short-form video, simple motion content
- Managing and maintaining brand assets (e.g., imagery, supplier content, logos)
- Designing and developing artwork templates and materials aligned with our premium brand aesthetic
- Supporting event branding, including producing collateral, event materials, and theming for internal and external occasions
- Supporting the ongoing development and consistency of brand guidelines across all outputs
Required Experience
- Degree or diploma in:
- Graphic Design
- Visual Communication
- A related field (preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Digital and print design
- Typography & layout
- Brand application
- Creative thinking
