Graphic Designer

Description
- Support the delivery of the organisation's rebrand and brand development initiatives.
- Create high-quality graphic design assets for digital, print, social media, email, and web channels.
- Design and maintain branded templates across PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and Mailchimp.
- Produce engaging visual content that strengthens brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
- Support email marketing campaigns, social media management, and LinkedIn advertising activity.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing and communication materials.
- Design event collateral including banners, presentations, digital displays, and handouts.
- Coordinate with external agencies to deliver creative and digital marketing projects.
- Update website content and maintain organised digital asset libraries.
- Support internal communications and wider marketing activities across the organisation.

Profile
A successful Graphic Designer should have:
- Proven experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong skills in Canva, Mailchimp, PowerPoint, and Word design.
- Ability to create visually compelling content across digital and print media.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
- Understanding of brand management and visual identity standards.
- Experience with social media marketing and digital campaign delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
