About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in London. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid setting, providing the ideal environment for creative professionals who thrive in flexible work arrangements. As a Junior Graphic Designer at Edencp, you will play a vital role in creating engaging learning materials and compelling marketing assets that align with our brand standards. You will collaborate closely with the Design Team to develop high-quality visual content that resonates with our target audiences. The position is perfect for individuals with a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint, and at least one year of design experience looking to grow their career in a supportive and innovative environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative talent and technical skills, including:
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in educational and marketing materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations
- At least one year of professional experience in graphic design or a related field
- Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing visually appealing learning materials, including presentations, infographics, and e-learning content
- Creating marketing assets such as banners, social media graphics, flyers, and digital advertisements
- Ensuring all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel
- Collaborating with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
- Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to enhance visual communication
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging design tools to continuously improve skills and output
