About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to join our team at Oner Active. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our activewear products, from conceptualization to production. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality, sustainability, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in apparel development, excellent project management skills, and a passion for the fitness and activewear industry. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Product Development, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in activewear or apparel product development is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of fabric technology, garment construction, and sustainable manufacturing practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with CAD software and product lifecycle management tools is highly desirable. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation are key attributes we look for in applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of new activewear collections, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends.
  • Conducting market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
  • Sourcing and evaluating materials.
  • Collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into technical specifications.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee sample creation, testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Managing timelines and budgets effectively to meet product launch deadlines.
  • Staying updated on industry innovations and incorporating sustainable practices into product development.
  • Regularly communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Providing technical support during production.
