We Are Looking for an Experienced and Creative E-commerce Merchandise Lead
This role blends hands-on creative leadership with strong commercial insight and team management, ensuring that our product imagery, content, and campaigns consistently engage customers and drive sales.
You will lead a dynamic creative team, manage workflows and deadlines, and work closely with eCommerce, marketing, and trading teams to deliver compelling content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

£40,000 - £45,000
Key Duties
- Lead and manage a creative team including 2 graphic designers, 1 photographer, 1 assistant, and offshore designers.
- Own all creative output across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and SHEIN, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Oversee product imagery, A+ content, videos, and campaign assets, optimising for engagement and conversion.
- Conduct competitive merchandise analysis to identify market trends, best practices, and opportunities.
- Monitor emerging eCommerce and consumer trends and translate insights into actionable creative and commercial recommendations.
- Advise the business and marketing teams on merchandise strategy, product presentation, and content priorities.
- Manage creative workflows, timelines, and quality control to meet campaign and launch deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce, marketing, and trading teams to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Candidate Profile
Essential
- Proven experience in eCommerce creative, with strong Amazon marketplace expertise.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and ability to advise on merchandise strategy.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
