About the Role
A boutique creative agency based in the heart of London, specializing in social impact and non-profit work, is looking for a talented and versatile integrated designer to join their studio. You will be a qualified creative designer with a design degree or relevant work experience and have commercial experience, ideally in an agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Encompasses the entire spectrum of creative thinking and process.
- Works alongside a small group of designers with projects allocated to vertical teams including a campaign manager, producer, and designer.
- Involves initial scoping, concepting, brainstorming, and creative strategy.
- Hands-on design and execution across multi-channel campaigns across digital content, video, print, and social.

Requirements
- Demonstrable portfolio of creative thinking across all touchpoints.
- Hands-on skills in Adobe CS, deck and presentation design, video capture and editing.
- Embrace AI in the creative process.
- Experience in an agency environment is preferred.
Role Details
- Hybrid in nature with some onsite work at times.
- Supports producers and campaign managers on live events, workshops, and onsite campaigns, sometimes in youth-based programs and schools.
- Suitable for someone passionate about social causes and delivering impactful campaigns leading to positive change and supporting not-for-profit organizations.

Collaboration
- Works in collaboration with 3 other designers.
- Training and career progression in place to develop and move up to more senior designer level bands with experience and training.
Compensation
- Salary: £36-40k depending on experience.
- Paid overtime when the role dictates.
Work Policy
- Hybrid work policy – some onsite in their central London studio.
