About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This pivotal role involves leading the visual design efforts across multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing compelling visual content for both digital and print mediums, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Whether you prefer a full-time position or a long-term freelance partnership, we are open to flexible arrangements with the right talent. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to craft engaging graphics that enhance our brand presence and resonate with our target audiences. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of five years of professional graphic design experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in branding, print, and digital design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is essential. The candidate should have a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling, along with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A genuine interest in music, hospitality, or cultural sectors is highly advantageous. Additional skills such as motion graphics, video editing, Figma, photography, or art direction are considered a plus and will set candidates apart. The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines is crucial.
Responsibilities
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the visual identity and creative output across all company brands. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing artwork for weekly shows, promotional campaigns, and venue marketing initiatives.
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms, digital advertising, and email marketing campaigns to boost audience engagement.
- Producing print materials such as posters, menus, flyers, signage, and large-format graphics.
- Maintaining and evolving each venue’s visual identity to ensure consistency and brand recognition.
- Collaboration with marketing, events, and other internal teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
