Graphic Designer – Sponsorship & Sales Collateral
Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare sponsorship proposals and sales collateral for major brand partnership opportunities across the sports and entertainment landscape.
We seek a talented, creative individual to support our creative team in bringing all materials to market. The ideal candidate can quickly adapt to new brands, maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency to elevate the presentation of marquee partnership opportunities.
We’re looking for a true team player with a passion for collaboration and a drive to raise the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Design best-in-class sponsorship sales materials that create a compelling narrative for brands considering marquee partnership platforms, with a focus on Naming Rights and On-Uniform Branding opportunities.
- Serve as a Graphic Designer, producing creative work that rises above industry standards.
- Collaborate with a marketing solutions team to manage a pipeline of creative requests for Excel Properties.
- Demonstrate a solutions-driven mentality, handling internal and external feedback with professionalism.
- Maintain clear communication and diplomacy under tight deadlines.
- Explore new software, tools, and technology (e.g., AI) to enhance Excel’s competitive edge.

Education & Experience
- Degree or 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a large agency, pro sports team, or related field.
- Strong team collaboration skills and a passion for innovation.
Essential Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), with Ceros experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Video editing experience (FAU) in Premiere Pro or AfterEffects is a plus.
