Sweet Squared

Sweet Squared is a multi-award-winning distributor of some of the most exciting, creative global brands in the professional hair and beauty industry, including CND™ SHELLAC™, KEVIN.MURPHY and K18. Since 2006, we've proudly served salons and pros across the UK and Ireland and always, as we say, “with love & respect.” This is an exciting opportunity to join a company where ideas are valued, passion for our brands and customers is contagious, and creativity is our life blood.

The Role

We're looking for a charismatic, visually-driven Creative Graphic Designer who brings flair, speed, and style. You'll be helping to bring some of the industry’s best-known brands to life through standout content across print, digital and events. This includes repurposing the very best in supplier assets and creating our own from scratch. We work in any and all media, including all formats of video and creating custom edits for our market. There are regular opportunities to create entirely new visual identities for events, campaigns or promotions. A lot of people say this but, in our case, it’s absolutely true. No two days are the same. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and you’ll be a trusted go-to in a marketing team that loves what they do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
