About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lalamove. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on optimizing delivery routes, resolving operational issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of service quality.   • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in using logistics management software
  • Proactive approach, ability to work under pressure, and keen attention to detail
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries across assigned regions
  • Monitor and optimize delivery routes using available technology to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance metrics
  • Implement and adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist in developing and refining operational procedures to enhance overall service quality
  • Support customer service teams in addressing inquiries and resolving complaints related to deliveries
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and industry best practices
