Design Tools and Collaboration
- Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Sketch, Webflow, or similar tools

- Managing feedback and revisions
- Building organised, reusable design files and systems
Typical Responsibilities
Depending on the client organisation and opportunity, responsibilities may include:
- Designing digital assets for brand, marketing, product, web, social media, and campaigns
- Creating UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, landing pages, and interface designs
- Supporting the development of visual identities, design systems, and brand guidelines
- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, marketers, founders, and creative teams
- Designing user-friendly digital experiences across websites, platforms, apps, and internal tools
- Creating high-quality visual content for campaigns, events, newsletters, social media, and presentations
- Conducting or supporting user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Improving customer journeys, conversion flows, and product usability
- Translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible visual design
- Supporting design consistency across multiple digital and offline touchpoints
- Contributing ideas to improve brand, product, and customer experience
Ideal Candidate
We welcome applications from designers with experience across graphic design, UX design, UI design, product design, brand design, digital design, or creative design.
Successful candidates may have:
- Professional, freelance, academic, agency, startup, or in-house design experience
- A strong portfolio showing relevant design work
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Sketch, Webflow, or similar
- Strong visual design skills across layout, typography, colour, composition, and hierarchy
- Understanding of UX principles, user journeys, accessibility, and digital product design
- Ability to create clean, engaging, and user-friendly designs
- Experience working with marketing, product, engineering, or leadership teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
- Interest in London-based, UK-based, hybrid, or remote design opportunities
- Passion for design, technology, storytelling, user experience, and creative problem solving
